Songs and laments of the Luba-speaking Songe and Hemba people

Hugh Tracey recorded these Luba songs in 1957 at the Kolwezi Copper Mine in Katanga, Democratic Republic of Congo. The country was called Belgian Congo at the time (Tracey 1973).
