"Maniharo" is a song in Rag Sorath about the divine love between Krishna and his consort Radha. Krishna appears before Radha, in the form of a Maniharo, a seller of diamonds and emeralds. She recognizes him and says she does not want the diamonds and emeralds, but wants the Maniharo, with his innocent face, curly mustache, and dark skin.
The duha preceding the song is about Krishna, one who plays the flute, grazes cows, and is beloved of Radha.
