Aerobic Dances for Kids

This collection of aerobic songs is great for kids to dance to. It is specially designed to get kids' heart rates up. Students begin with a warm-up to increase their pulse rates to the necessary levels. A cool-down reduces the pulse rates and allows students to return to class calm and collected. Music with voice cues is on one side and music only on the other. Illustrated manual with easy-to-follow directions included. This is a great companion to a physical educaiton class. And the exercises are good for adults as well as kids!
