Frae My Ain Countrie
Jean Redpath first established her impressive repertoire of Scottish songs while studying under accomplished folklorist Hamish Henderson at the University of Edinburgh's School of Scottish Studies. On Frae My Ain Countrie Redpath shares this repertoire, singing a selection of Scottish songs (including two Child ballads) both unaccompanied and with guitar.
