Side I (track 1) focuses on achieving sound sleep, while Side II (track 2) outlines his holistic approach to a happy, healthy life, as well as his remedy for migraine headaches. Sykes asserts that improper relaxation is the “biggest destroyer of the human body” and that his record will leave you feeling “better than you ever have before!”
