Susser’s impressive catalog of music aims to teach respect, friendship, confidence, and many other important lessons for developing youth. His vibrant, catchy music has reached thousands of children and his collection, the Bobby Susser Songs for Children, originally published between 1994 and 2002, will continue to reach many more, now as part of the Smithsonian Folkways collection.
