Dulcimer Heritage: Traditional Hammered Dulcimer Music from New York State
Dulcimer Heritage was produced in 1983 in collaboration with the National Endowment of the Arts. It features Paul Van Arsdale, a retired machinist from Tonawanda, New York, who had learned to play the hammered dulcimer from his grandfather. Featured on this record is a collection of jigs, reels, waltzes and more, played with care and precision.
