All Hands Around
All Hands Around is a collection of Celtic music, including traditional tunes and new songs written in the traditional style. Though primarily Irish, the record also features music from Brittany, a region in northwestern France with a deep Celtic heritage. Roger Burridge, a former touring member of Fairport Convention, plays fiddle and provides two arrangements (The Rockpool and Lovely Hurling); David Paton plays concertina and hammered dulcimer; Michael Shorrock plays guitar and bouzouki; Deirdre Murtha, a member of the Johnson Girls, sings.
