The CooP: Fast Folk Musical Magazine (June 1983, Vol. 2, No. 5): Love Songs Fast Folk Musical Magazine continued its second year of publication with another dozen songs. This collection, subtitled "Love Songs," considers the many aspects of love, ranging from the light-hearted to the sorrowful. Among the performers contributing to this collection are Suzanne Vega ("Some Journey"), Jack Hardy ("Dublin Farewell"), Judy Finksman ("April Fool's Landscape"), Barry Louis Polisar ("The Apple of my Eye"), and The Belles of Hoboken celebrating the virtues of "Celibacy." The album includes a 24-page edition of The CooP featuring an interview with Ronnie Gilbert and Holly Near.
