Out-Of-Doors

Out-Of-Doors, one of Tom Glazer’s contributions to Young People’s Records’ mail order service, sees the folk singer collaborating with pianist Rosalyn Tureck and composer Judith Sidorsky to create songs centered around movement and outdoor play. Between each composition Glazer speaks directly to his audience, encouraging them to jump and sway along to the music, and even instructing them how to play an exciting game traditionally done during the children's song “Sally Go Round the Sun.”
