This 1958 recording features twenty-one traditional Irish songs sung in Gaelic by Deirdre Ní Fhloinn with Irish harp accompaniment. Recorded in Ireland, the songs are rooted in Irish history and feature a variety of topics including longing, lullabies, and nature songs.
