Greetings from Austria

Vienna, Austria, the birthplace of Haydn, Mozart, Schubert, and Mahler, is often called the "capital of classical music." The music of Austria has never been strictly classical, however. Greetings from Austria offers arrangements of Austrian folk tunes that feature the traditional double-necked guitar, accordion, clarinet, zither and, of course, a spirited yodel. Gentle, swooning compositions complement waltz rhythms and polkas.
